David Simoneau

Land Surveyor

Graduate in Applied Sciences (Geomatics) from Laval University.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 2000.

Partner at the firm Arseneault Bourbonnais Inc. since 2002.

He has actively contributed to the company’s growth while being guided by the firm’s two founding land surveyors: Clément Arseneault and Claude Bourbonnais.

The wide variety of his projects, in addition to his participation in the professional development courses, combined with having served as an internship supervisor for new land surveyors, gives him expertise in the many areas required for surveying and business management.

Audrey Marois

Land Surveyor

Graduate in Geomatics Sciences from Laval University.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 2015.

With the firm since 2014 and Partner since 2018.

Over the past few years, she has developed extensive expertise in applications to the Commission de la protection du territoire agricole du Québec (CPTAQ) and water-related property files, including lease agreements, mutual transfer of rights and backfilled parcel in the public domain.

Participant in professional development courses.

Josée Laurendeau

Land Surveyor

Graduate in Applied Sciences (Geomatics) from Laval University.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec from 1995 to 2012 and since 2015.

Land Surveyor in the Salaberry-de-Valleyfield region from 1995 to 2000.

Land Surveyor for the MTMD, territorial directorate for the Island of Montreal from 2000 to 2011.

Land boundary analyst with our firm since 2012.

Participant in professional development courses.

Louis Boudreault

Land Surveyor

Graduate in Applied Sciences (Geomatics) from Laval University.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 1994.

Contributed to the completion of numerous residential projects in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region, working in close collaboration with contractors, as well as multiple commercial developments.

Joined the Arseneault Bourbonnais Inc. firm in January 2025, after managing his own firm in Vaudreuil-Dorion for 27 years.

Jérémy Bougie

Land Surveyor

Graduate in Geomatics Sciences from Laval University.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 2024.

Employee of our firm since 2021.He initially gained extensive experience as a technician.

His field expertise combined with his professional rigor makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Claude Bourbonnais

Land Surveyor

Retired since December 2024.

Graduate in Applied Science (Geodesy) at Université Laval.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 1984.

Member of the Claims Committee of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec from 1997 to 2012.

President of the Claims Committee of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec from 2009 to 2012.

Member of the Prevention Committee of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec from 2009 to 2012

Project Manager for contracts with the Ministère des Transports (MTQ) for 17 years.

Expert in boundary action cases and for applications to the Commission de la protection du territoire agricole du Québec (CPTAQ).

Clément Arseneault

Land Surveyor

Retired since December 2015.

Graduate in Applied Science (Geodesy) at Université Laval.

Member of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec since 1975.

Member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Ordre des arpenteurs-géomètres du Québec for over 10 years.

Expert surveyor for cadastral renovation of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region, which was carried out between 1999 and 2008 and included six different project briefs.
